The Bronco started out from humble beginnings in the 1960's but quickly became a household name for capability and toughness, offering a modern-day wild west experience on four wheels. This 1974 model has been restored and upgraded in several areas, starting with the Blue Metallic exterior paintjob and finished with airbrushed diamond plate flames for a hot rod look. This vehicle has a full 6-point roll cage and lift-off tube doors for safety as well as a BC Broncos canvas top for an enclosed experience when you need one. This Bronco has been lifted 3" and is rocking American Racing wheels with manual locking hubs. Under the hood, which is kept in place with pins, is a 302 CID V8 engine tied to a C4 3-speed automatic transmission with the gear shifter located on the steering column. 4-wheel-drive controls are on the floor that control a Dana 44 front differential and Ford 9" rear with Detroit lockers. This Bronco for sale sounds GREAT thanks to a Flowmaster exhaust system with headers, providing a surprisingly muscly soundtrack for an SUV. Inside the fully finished cab area there's comfortable and supportive front and rear seating upholstered in Black vinyl with heavy duty lap and shoulder belts that'll keep you strapped in on the roughest of trails. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
