    3/8" AR550 12" Steel Target Gong
    Made from AR550 steel plate.
    AR550 plate provides excellent properties in abrasion resistance, hardness and toughness.
    Surface Hardness 525 - 570 HBW (aim 550 HBW)
    AR550 is significantly stronger than AR500 steel. It will absorb impacts better and have a longer usage rate. Customers should still avoid using AP (armor piercing) rounds and green tip ammunition on these targets.
    Warnings
    -Recommended shooter and spectators wear proper eye and hearing protection.
    -Minimum distances from steel targets to shooter are 10 yards for pistols and 75 yards for rifles
