Here is a striking Belgian movie poster from the original release of the Charlie Chan mystery
The Chinese Cat
. This was the 29th film in the Charlie Chan series that began in 1931 starring Warner Oland and produced by Fox Films. By the mid Forties, Monogram carried on the series with Sidney Toler and later, Roland Winters. After a while, many of the plots appeared to repeat themselves, but this film has a great climax sequence in a (supposedly) deserted fun house. This poster is from the original release of the film in Belgium (probably 1946 or 1947) and features some really cool artwork that is unique to the Belgian poster. It is in very good shape for its age with just a small surface paper pull as a condition issue.

CONDITION:
Very Good. Untrimmed. Overall in great condition for a poster of it's age. There is a surface paper pull to the right of Chan's hat. Originally folded as issued, this poster has been stored flat for the past 20 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
