Molex/Woodhead/Brad Harrison/Brad Connectivity "Micro-Change" cable splitter assembly P/N 884A30K05M003 (Molex P/N 1200680195).
This cable assembly is 0.3m (~1ft) long with matching one male and two female 4-position round M12 connector on each end.  The cable has a yellow TPE outer jacket and 22AWG copper conductors.  Rated 4A at 250V.  These are commonly used for sensors, actuators, and other machine sub-units or peripherals.  This splitter cable has two of the four wires bussed from the common port to both split ports for power or similar and one wire separate from each port for sensor signal, etc.
These cables are NEW IN BAG from Molex.  Molex has acquired the assets and operations of Woodhead/Brad Harrison/Brad Connectivity.
