Film Description: Alfred Hitchcock's Rope, the classic 1948 Alfred Hitchcock New York City crime murder thriller ("Nothing ever held you like Alfred Hitchcock's ROPE"; "It begins with a shriek it ends with a shot! From beginning to end nothing ever held you like Alfred Hitchcock's ROPE"; "From the Play by Patrick Hamilton"; "Screen play by Arthur Laurents"; "From the play by Patrick Hamilton"; loosely based on the Leopold/Loeb child murder trial; this movie had a gimmick in that the entire movie took place in what appears to be one extremely long "take"; to me, it just made it seem like watching a stage play, and took away what differentiates a movie from a stage play!) starring James Stewart (Jimmy Stewart), John Dall, Farley Granger, Cedric Hardwicke (billed as "Sir Cedric Hardwicke"), Constance Collier, and Joan Chandler.
Poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
